It really isn't that I don't like early morning rises its just that 0430hrs is a tad ridiculous. I mean I rather exercise in the mornings and I think sunrise is the best part of the day so this should be perfect if I look at it from that perspective. However, I can't but think this has bones in it. When all good mortal folk are sleeping I will be doing my darnedest to run a 1.2km hill circuit twice before before heading to work in the morning.As this is day care pick up day I don't get to do Gym this day. It is not because my day care mother (who is family friend and does it for love) is not understanding, in fact she was the one that went and did the silly run in the first place and got me all inspired (Goddamn her). It really is a bit of an imposition to expect her to have my kid for another hour and a half while I get all sweaty. But I figure if I am going to be serious about this I need to get serious about, no longer shall I be full of hot air. I really haven't been bitten by the exercise bug yet, however I feel it is close. This is good considering I am really only 4 kilos off where I have been my lightest. In fact if you take my dehydrated nearly collapsing weight after my 6 km run this morning then really I am only about 3 kilos off but that would be cheating.
So early mornings here I come.... let us keep looking at the positives, sunrises really are majestic and hopefully there is a nice one. Oh forgot wet season approaches....
